Welcome to PayPoint. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PayPoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Who Can Use PayPoint

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use PayPoint. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Our Services

PayPoint provides the following features:

• Deal Tracking – Log and manage brand deals.
• Invoicing – Generate and send professional PDF invoices.
• Expense Tracking – Log expenses for tax purposes.
• Payments – Accept payments via Paystack (African users) and Stripe (US/international users).
• Dashboard – View revenue, expenses, and take‑home pay.

100% Payout Guarantee: PayPoint does not deduct any platform fee from your payments. You receive 100% of what your clients pay.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third‑party providers:

• Paystack – For African users.
• Stripe – For US and international users.

These providers are PCI‑DSS compliant and handle all payment data securely. PayPoint does not store credit card information.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

PayPoint offers a free plan with limited features. Pro plans are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page.
• If you cancel, Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will review your case.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use PayPoint for any of the following:

• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users or brands.
• Uploading malicious content (viruses, malware).
• Impersonating another person or brand.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or steal PayPoint's code.
• Data scraping or automated access without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

PayPoint's code, design, and content are owned by Emmanuel Nwani. You may not copy, modify, or distribute PayPoint without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will notify you via email before taking action where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPoint's total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to PayPoint in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of PayPoint.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through informal negotiations first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of PayPoint after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
