By creating an account or using PayPoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use PayPoint. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

100% Payout Guarantee: PayPoint does not deduct any platform fee from your payments. You receive 100% of what your clients pay.

PayPoint's code, design, and content are owned by Emmanuel Nwani. You may not copy, modify, or distribute PayPoint without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will notify you via email before taking action where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayPoint's total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to PayPoint in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of PayPoint.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through informal negotiations first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of PayPoint after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
